7.     Handwriting and use of color flip chart (if applicable)

Awareness savvy- Governing Communication Pt. 1

1.     Grounding and preparation

2.     Empathetic Listening – 6 ways of automatic listening and the power of walking in another’s shoes with full understanding.

5.     Flexibility on how it has to look

6.     Languaging front of room

7.     Languaging of participants

People Genius-   Governing Communication Pt. 2

1.     Mastery of communicating to DISC personalities

Time: 20 hours (16 in workshop + 4 one-on-one hours of individual coaching sessions)

Cost: $3,500 per person up to 5 people- $3,250 per person 6-10 people- $3,000 per person 11-15 people
