I'm inviting you to get off the sidelines, and take a path of considered action. You've been a part of the conversations in which I've expressed my own next steps in working with leaders and partnering with them in a way that will transform culture from the inside out. "What Is This Event About?"

Our culture is facing a crisis that is, quite literally, unparalleled in the scope of both its challenges and its opportunities. We live in the most complex and accelerated time in human history, and yet the tools, frameworks and intentionality by which we design and affect change leave us ill-equipped and poorly suited for these real time challenges. This event is designed to be a catalyst for providing a new model of intentional leadership and cultural change – from the inside out.


"What Will We Be Doing?"

1) Identify & Clarify Challenges for personal, organizational and cultural transformation
The first step to any meaningful change is to identify WHAT exactly needs to be changed– and WHY it needs to be changed. We, as a group, will identify and prioritize the changes we are committed to making; within ourselves, each other and our culture. 

2) Adopt A Solutions Framework
Once we understand the changes we are committed to, we need to have a common framework, systems and accountability apparatus through which we can most effectively create change. Attendees will be guided on making change happen, not only within culture, but within ourselves and our leadership.

3) Design A Blueprint For Change
After having identified the WHAT, WHY and HOW of this new mandate, we will assemble and define our Cohort, with clear directives and accountability so that each individual is empowered and supported to take action in a realistic, sustainable, but profound way.

4) Personal Mentoring Sessions with Gordon Pennington 
Join a select small group of invite only elite leaders from across cultural sectors for an intimate mentoring roundtable with Gordon Pennington.

5) Cohort EQ Leadership Training with Randy Bixby: “Cohort Boot Camp” 
Experience 16 hours of Industry Best Practice experiential leadership training as we shape the culture of our Cohort. You will receive practicle tools, dynamic training and coaching support that will authentically transform you,  your leadership and your organization in a way that you have never experienced before.  

  

"How Much Does It Cost?"

Registration Fee is $1,500 The fee covers:
-    A full 5+ hours of Mentoring from Gordon Pennington
-    16 hours of Leadership Training from Randy Bixby
-    Curriculum and resources costs
-    Facility charges
-    Event lunches / healthy choice beverages and refreshments

Randy Bixby
Randy has led corporate leadership workshops for Fortune 100 companies, combining industry best training practices with a solid Biblical foundation and Kingdom principles to found Character Genetics, a unique corporate training and executive coaching company. He is an ICF Certified PCC Executive Coach and Master Facilitator.


Gordon Pennington
Gordon Pennington is the Managing Director of Burning Media Group. He is a marketing communications consultant and strategic planning advisor to organizations, corporations and government groups internationally. Pennington served as the Director of Marketing for clothing giant Tommy Hilfiger and has served clients that include Chase Manhattan Bank, J.P. Morgan, & Apple Computer.
